Refund Policy
At Sjögren’s UK, we strive to provide the best possible service to our members and supporters. If you have any issues with a purchase or donation and would like to request a refund, please contact us at admin@sjogrensuk.org including your full name, payment date and payment method used.
We aim to respond to all refund queries within 48 hours. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
